About Body4you

It is an alarming fact that only 12% of the UK population are gym members, suggesting that a great number of people that should exercise regularly choose not to. This raises the question as to whether gyms appeal to everyone or would many individuals prefer to train in private.

How it all started

Body4You was founded by Dan Gabb in 2007. Dan Gabb has been one of the most respected personal trainers in the industry over the past ten years. Dan holds a Bachelors Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology.

From humble beginnings Dan built up a thriving enterprise in the Cotswolds, where his original facility Dan Gabb Personal Training still operates. Body4You was a culmination of ten years experience as a personal trainer with a wide ranging client base, including footballers, superbike riders, TV personalities and clients of all ranges of ability.

Through running successful fitness facilities in Winchcombe Gloucestershire and Bourton on the Water, Dan saw there was a growing demand for a time efficient, home based training service.


Designing the Total Body Solution

Dan and his team set about designing an entire system of workouts and health and fitness assessments to be delivered in the convenience of the client's own home. The result was; The 8 Week Total Body Solution designed to be the most effective in-home training programme available on the market today.

The 8 Week Total Body Solution is preceded by the Total Body Assessment a complete health screen to determine the intensity at which the client would train. The assessment would measure the client's body weight, body fat% and other functional fitness parameters, which could be referred to at the end of the programme in order to evaluate the progress that the client has made.
