Professional Acupuncture

Our resident professional acupuncturist Danielle Croft is available and on-site to offer Traditional Acupuncture.

Acupuncture works by rebalancing a person's vital energy, their 'Qi'. Acupuncture stimulates the body and mind to heal itself as far as possible. It is beneficial for a wide variety of physical as well as emotional complaints such as:

Digestive disorders to grief, from asthma to fertility, and from worry to insomnia. Acupuncture can help both emotional and physical complaints. If you would like to find out more about Acupuncture please do not hesitate to call Danielle on 07984 166762 for a chat, or to book an appointment.

Sports Massage Therapist

Gareth Ingerson our Sports Therapist is available at the clinic and is able to provide sports and Swedish massage.

Massage is renowned for its physiological benefits such as:
  • Improved circulation
  • Increase flexibility and range of movement
  • Break down of lactic acid in muscles
