Welcome to AS Sports Massage
My name is Andy Senior and I am a fully qualified Masseur and Sports Therapist. Since 2001 I have been
providing a whole range of therapies for private clients, sports organisations and sports clubs.
Since 2004 I have been part of the Bradford Bulls R.L.F.C Medical team. My role within the team involves me in taking responsibility for the well being and rehabilitation of the players.

SPORTS MASSAGE TREATMENT
This is a 50 minute treatment which can be used for anyone who engages in physical activity for the purpose of sport or fitness irrespective of age, level of fitness or level of training.lt is also beneficial for any one who prefers a deep massage to aid a general well being of the body and muscles.
This treatment can also be used in conjunction with ultrasound to achieve optimum results in the muscles.

1/2 HOUR ELECTROTHERAPY / ULTRASOUND TREATMENT
Ultrasound is used to treat a wide range of clinical conditions such as:
- Sprained and torn ligaments
- Inflamed tendons
- Soft tissue traumas
- Scar tissue and tension (muscle spasm)
- Strained and torn muscles
- Inflamed and damaged joints

SPORTS MASSAGE WITH CHINESE CUPPING THERAPY
This is a 25 minute treatment which includes medium to firm massage and Chinese cupping therapy on the upper back, shoulders and neck.
An excellent treatment to have if you experience fatigue or tension from everyday life or work related stress.

The cups are placed on the back using a flame in the cup to create a vacuum. The cups are then placed on areas of tension to improve circulation. A red mark is left when the cups are removed which will last about a week.

SPORTS REMEDIAL FULL BODY MASSAGE TREATMENT
This is a 55 minute treatment which is ideal for anyone who enjoys the benefits of massage. The treatment is a full body massage starting on the front of the legs then onto the shoulders and arms then finally massaging the back of the legs and to finish a full back massage.
The pressure applied is medium to firm depending on the condition of the muscles.
