For the past 10 years, Anne has used a combination of advanced Reflexology and Bowen Therapy techniques to help people overcome their health condition or manage their pain, allowing them to reclaim their lives.
Reflexology and Bowen Therapy may help anyone, from newborn babies to the elderly, who is suffering from any kind of long- or short-term physical pain or stress. Treatments are also safe for pregnant women and those undergoing chemotherapy.
As Reflexology works to improve blood circulation and balance hormones, it may be of particular benefit in helping with hormonal imbalances as well as migraines and digestive complaints.
Common sports injuries may often be treated in just two to three sessions.
Because Bowen Therapy treats the individual as an integrated system, it
works well with people who are suffering from chronic conditions such as persistent joint pain, chronic fatigue and long-term back pain, These usually involve a complex combination of factors, so a holistic therapy like Bowen is well suited to help manage them.
About Anne Anne trained as a Reflexology practitioner with the renowned International Institute of Reflexology (UK). She subsequently trained with The Bowen Association UK.
In 2006 Anne was appointed Regional Director of the International Institute of Reflexology (UK) and lead tutor for the Scottish region. Since then she has been organising and running Reflexology diploma training courses in Scotland and South West England.
As well as delivering lectures and practical tuition, Anne attends ongoing CPD (Continued Professional Development) therapy courses and has trained extensively with the "best in field".
