A warm welcome. I'm a fully qualified Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist & Reflexologist. I offer a range of Complementary Therapy treatments to enhance well-being by rebalancing the connections between your mind and body.
In modern society, we all experience some degree of stress, and whilst good stress leaves us feeling motivated and elevates our mood, negative stress manifests in various ways from headaches and irritability, to tension in the body usually found in the neck, shoulders and lower back (lumbar region). As our body prepares to 'fight or flight', our immune systems can become compromised and this is when dis-ease sets in, which can lead to illness.
By carrying out an in-depth consultation at the start of the treatment, I can help identify some of the areas which may require additional focus and dedicate more time to these points to help stimulate the body's defences to bring you back towards homeostatis (balance). Aftercare advice is always provided at the end of each treatment.
Treatments vary from Aromatherapy using oils blended to your specific needs, Ear Candling, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki, Reflexology & Hot Stone Reflexology. Pregnancy massage treatments are also available.
