About Us
I offer person-centred counselling for many issues including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, health issues, disability, relationships, abuse, sexuality and self-esteem.
I work with adults and young people in a warm, safe and confidential environment, allowing space to explore thoughts and feelings. Creative/art therapy is also available.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their Code of Ethics and Practice.
I am also a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.
