Ishta Spinal Touch is a non-force technique which works solely by muscle relaxation to dramatically increase your level of well being and overall health.
Reflexology
This is a gentle, non-invasive therapy involving the massage of reflex areas in the feet. Every single point on the foot represents a different part of the body and these are arranged in a way to form a map of the body with the right foot corresponding to the right side of the body and the left foot corresponding to the left side of the body.
Thermo Auricular Therapy
Thermo Auricular Therapy or Hopi Ear Candle Treatment as it is more commonly known, is soothing and helpful for earache and headaches, ear noise, stress and nervousness. This induces a pleasant feeling of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is the name we use today for the ancient knowledge of healing and promoting health using fragrant aromatic natural ingredients, specifically plant oils which we call Essential Oils.
Indian Head Massage
The head, neck and shoulders are all energy centres where tension is most likely to accumulate. In an Indian Head massage, they are gently, firmly and rhythmically massaged until all tension has begins to dissipate.
