A New Year ...... Another New Year’s Resolution

How many years have you decided to become slimmer, fitter, healthier?

How many times have started with great enthusiasm to find after a short time you have fallen back into your old habits?

Why do you think this happens to you every time?

Your outer life is a reflection of your inner life. Whatever is happening on the outside is happening on the inside. If you want to be slim or fit or healthy or happy but don’t really believe that you can you doom yourself to more of what you don’t want.

In order to change your life on the outside you first have to change the way in which you think on the inside. Your thoughts become your habits and this is what you experience.

The best way to change your inner life is from a place of relaxation. Everyone can learn to relax.

Allow yourself just 20 minutes daily to relax and enjoy the benefits in all areas of your life.

As you unwind naturally from within you begin to let go of old negative thoughts or bad habits and replace them with positive thoughts that become good habits.

If you want to be slimmer, fitter, healthier, happier, calmer you have to change old ways of thinking – this can only be done from the inside out, from a place of relaxation.

To help you relax I have recorded an ancient yoga relaxation technique I have called it
