STONE THERAPY MASSAGE is an extremely popular and relaxing treatment using hot stones of varying sizes on parts of the body – from the forehead to between the toes - giving a deep massage and creating a sensation of warmth which penetrates deep into the muscle.
The heat from the stones feels great and is also extremely therapeutic - helping detox the body and relaxing the nervous system. The stones used are smooth, volcanic basalt that retain their heat on the body for as long as possible.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a massage that is performed on the feet. It works on the principle that every part of our bodies are reflected on our feet. The feet are divided into 10 zones that run from toes, to the brain, through different parts of the body, these are known as energy lines.
By massaging reflex points on the feet, a state of complete balance and relaxation is achieved. Reflexology can treat any ailment, detoxes the body and promotes self healing.
A Treatment lasts approximatley an hour cost £20.
REIKI
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy which is all around us.
Natural Healing
Reiki is the name given to a system of natural healing which evolved in Japan from the experience and dedication of Dr Mikao Usui .Dr Usui was inspired to develop this healing system from ancient teachings after many years of study, research and meditation.
He spent the rest of his life practising and teaching Reiki. Today Reiki continues to be taught by Reiki Masters who have trained in the tradition passed down from Master to student.
A Reiki Treatment
A Reiki Treatment is such a wonderful relaxing Treatment, that is performed fully clothed. It can be received with hands on or off. I describe a Reiki treatment as deep relaxation all wrapped up with warmth and love. Usually a comforting heat from the Practitioners hand can be felt. It is a very gentle but powerful energy that works on the receivers, body, mind and spirit to bring about total balance.
Treatment lasts approx 1 hour. £20
Reiki for Animals
I also have lots of experience with Animal Healing, and offer Reiki for Animals from Horses to Cats. Animals are extremely open to Reiki energy, both for physical and emotional problems.
