Lishi is a gateway to accessing the Dao.
It is an ancient exercise system that can teach you how to access your own energy source and use it to release your hidden potential. Lishi allows you to learn about Daoism through an original system of Dcioist science that has been passed down from Master to Master for thousands of years, making its way from China to England in the 1930s. Today the system is taught by its current Master Laoba Desmond Murray.
It is the only system of its kind - you won’t find it anywhere else outside of China.
