Kate Chartres is an experienced therapist having worked in the area of mental health and welbeing for 10 years.
Over the past two years she has undergone practical training to add to an already exstensive repitoire to benefit the clients she works with. Kate is a registered master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming liscenced to practice by the Society of NLP and it's founders Richard Bandler and John Lavelle. Kate has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and has undertaken extensive training in Emotional Freedom Technique founded by Gary Craig.
