We have no joining or admin fee at the moment so it's the perfect time to get started on that road to a fitter you.
There are no excuses, join today!
We cater for everyone from complete beginner to elite athlete. We have the most highly trained staff you'll ever find, coupled with the very latest state of the art equipment.
Whenever we're open we'll have a fully qualified personal trainer on hand to help you out with any advice or assistance you might need. We really want our members to reach their goals, and enjoy doing it!
All our members are entitled to a free personal programme. This means that our trainers will tailor an effective workout specific to your body. The fitness programme is included in the membership and so comes at no extra cost!
We understand how difficult it can be to get motivated. Sometimes it's hard to find a form of exercise that you really enjoy. That's why we offer a fully equipped studio with a varied class timetable. As well as our state of the art gym, you can choose from Pilates and Stretch & Flex to Step and Circuit training.
And what's unique about all our classes is that the cost is included in your membership fee; yes, even Pilates!
So, as you can see, there really is no excuse not to join! We'll see you very soon.
