Welcome to The Yoga Club
The Yoga Club is a dynamic gathering of urban peace warriors. We believe in nurturing peace and harmony within the human soul.
We are a network of yoga teachers, healers, therapists, artists, musicians and DJs working together as a holistic community towards harmony and peace.
Amanda Evans, narrator, teacher of yoga and freedom dancer is the founder member of The Yoga Club. A British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher with extensive knowledge and experience of bodywork and a specialist in working with yoga as a restorative therapy.
Ama has been making dance, making stories and making peace for the past 25 years. Her work expands the theatre, film, the global community and the yoga mat.

Ama promotes back to basics yoga.
There is a sun there is a moon… it’s as simple as that.
We have male energy and female energy in all of us. So it all becomes a question of balance both inner and outer.
Ama aspires to follow a classical hatha yoga tradition. As an oracle of stories she delivers yoga nidra as part of her teaching. This is has evolved from ancient tantric practices originally called Nyasa (Sanskrit for sleep) Ama believes that, yoga is a means towards total union, with oneself and with the universe. Yoga is a practice in spiritual development; it paves the way towards recognising your higher purpose. With dedication, practice and self-discipline yoga will reveal to you that which you truly are; a beautiful and blissful soul.
