Within the practice we can offer you Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy, Homeopathy and one to one Yoga and Pilates.
The Practice
The therapies have been chosen so that they may be successfully combined or may be equally well used on their own.
Osteopathy offers treatment for adults, children and babies. It is a safe and gentle form of manual treatment incorporating structural and cranial techniques for a wide range of conditions.
The Yoga and Pilates instructors can create a specific exercise plan that will strengthen, stretch and tone target areas of the body, thereby improving posture and support, and preventing reoccurrence of injury.
Homeopathy is a holistic system of healthcare, suitable for everyone, young and old. It focuses on you as an individual, concentrating on treating your specific physical and emotional symptoms, to give long lasting benefits.
Our principles are the same: We aim to give the body the support and guidance it needs to stimulate the healing process and to address the cause and not just the symptoms of each condition.
