Sundance is a gym where you can build your confidence and enhance your outward appearance whilst feeling completely at ease. We also welcome ladies who may have not attended a gym before, but are beginning to listen to their conscience telling them to take care of their health and well-being.
Sundance maintains high standards of professional service and cleanliness and provides qualified instructors to look after you, offering guidance and advice with a personal touch and TLC to make you feel special.

Classes:
One of the most popular ways of exercising is part of a studio class. These take all sorts of forms, from high energy through to core stability and toning sessions. We also have the highly effective spinning cycling classes. Many ladies like the fact that with a class, the motivation comes from being part of the group, and it's a great place to make new friends too. We have a comfortable air conditioned studio, with some of Bristol's best Instructors to help you achieve your very best results.
Bookings:
Members can book their free classes up to one week in advance. Non members may attend classes, the cost is £5.00 and can be booked three days in advance.

Tanning:
Sundance uses only the best quality tanning equipment because it’s not just how you look on the outside that matters to us, but how you achieve that look.
We offer the latest tanning units by Consol, the region’s most trusted and long established tanning company. We have our very own Consol Suncentre within the Club and all the equipment is regularly maintained by professional Consol Engineers.
Sunbed sessions cost just 50p per minute. You can tan from between 4 and 16 minutes but begin with just a few minutes then build up your tan gradually to make sure it lasts longer. There’s a wealth of free information available on how to tan responsible so that you look and feel good.

Tanning is open to both non-members and members. Whether you want a new tan or to maintain an existing one, no appointment is needed - so just call in and let us give you quality treatment.
