Shapes is a state-of-the-art fitness studio and the place to be if you are looking for a friendly, fun and non-intimidating place to improve your health and physical fitness.
Located in the heart of Retford on Exchange Street, the roomy state-of-the-art facility can be found on the first floor opposite Jonathon James shoe shop.
Rather than concentrating on one set workout plans, Shapes offers
one-to-one individual programs to suit any age, shape or fitness level.
What better way to relax..?
After exercising why not relax in the studio's brand new steam room.
Gym
The gym area consists of up to date Precor equipment, which has been designed for ease of use.
Cardiovascular machines, including, Treadmills, Crosstrainers, Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Steppers and Rowers, which are all designed to burn fat, build stamina and increase fitness levels are all available, as are a full range of Resistance machines and Free Weights to tone and strengthen.
Supervision, help and advice is on hand at all times as well as upbeat music and plasma tv's to make working out more enjoyable.
There are easy programs for beginners, 30-minute time saving programs and more complex, individual programs designed especially to your needs. Free assessments and one-to-one personal sessions are offered throughout your membership term.
