Philip R Lindsay MA, AFBPsS, C.Psychol, MITD
Philip R Lindsay, founder and Senior Partner of KSA moved into consultancy after many years of holding senior positions within a number of international companies, spanning a variety of market sectors – manufacturing, oil & gas, IT and financial services.
Philip heads up the Strategic Human Resource Management module for the Chartered Management Institute MBA. He has co-authored major papers on management change and frameworks of competency.
Philip has worked extensively with a number of “blue chip” companies. He applies his expertise to help organisations develop the distinctive processes and capabilities required for sustainable business success.
