About Us
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Here at Healing Hands we are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Healing Hands offers a range of Holistic Massage and Reiki treatments from 30-90 minutes in duration (see Services for more details). Each massage is tailored to suit your personal preference, whether you prefer a relaxing lighter touch or a more invigorating deep-tissue workout. A short consultation prior to the treatment helps us to establish your requirements for the massage.
We bring everything you need from soft fluffy towels to a comfortable massage couch. Because we understand the importance of protecting our clients' modesty, we turn the towels to reveal only the area about to be massaged.
Best of all, that calm, relaxed feeling will stay with you even longer as you don't have to go anywhere once the treatment is finished

Holistic Massage
Holistic massage is a relaxing massage with the use of deep pressure when needed. It helps to improve and maintain general health and to reduce localised pain, particularly in joints and muscles. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs and includes a short consultation.
Sports Massage is a great way to maintain performance, reduce injury and to relieve stress. We have treated people from both sporting and non-sporting backgrounds, people with sporting injuries and those who wish to increase there performance. Sports massage is also a great way to relieve general aches and pains. You do not need to be a sports person to benefit from a Sports Massage.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
