Delivery Method:We offer an initial FREE consultation for both Life and Wellness Coaching. The first thing to decide is how you’d like your coaching sessions to be delivered. The options are:
- Face to face: Sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis, at either our quiet residential premises in Hertfordshire or in the comfort of your own home (depending on your location). We personally feel that this is the best coaching option as it enables you to build a good rapport with your coach which is essential for reaping the benefits of coaching.- Telephone: We will call you at a pre-arranged time.
- Online via Skype: Visit www.skyoe.com to see how you can set up your FREE Skype account. So it doesn't matter where you are in the world, we can help guide you.
