I provide tailor made holistic therapies in the comfort of your own home or workplace.
Therapy sessions are generally 1hr duration , although I provide a full free consultation prior to treatment so you can tell me a little about yourself, what you would would like to achieve from the treatment i.e pain relief, and to discuss anything else that you feel is important regarding the therapy.
I provide the following:
AROMATHERAPY
A relaxing massage combining essential oils specifically blended for your individual requirements for example maybe it would be a blend for stress or maybe to energise.
Whatever your needs there is a oil blend to help. The massage itself is very calming and a real treat.
REFLEXOLOGY
A technique of applying pressure to the energy pathways on your feet to diagnose and treat physical and emotional problems.
This therapy is particularly beneficial for nerve problems such a Sciatica, or Migraine as it can get to the very deep areas that are sometimes hard to reach with massage.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A rejuvinating and relaxing arm, shoulder, upper back , neck and head massage. Increases circulation in upper body and scalp. A excellent therapy for hair loss, dandruff, memory loss, headaches, eye strain, stress and more.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
A deep tissue massage used to release tight, achey muscles. Particularly beneficial for sports people and anyone who tends to get cramp, aches and tension in the muscles.
HOPI EAR CANDLES
Special hollow candles , placed in the ears individually to relieve pressure in the ears, nose and throat.
Relieves and benefits tinnitis, sinusitis, vertigio , scuba or plane pressure.
Helps to relieve congestion during or after a cold or flu.
This is followed by a facial massage to help to drain the pressure away.
REIKI AND CRYSTAL HEALING
Reiki is a pure healing energy which I channel through myself to help to clear energy centres within your body in order to create balance and ease. When you are out of balance this is when you get dis-ease within the body and mind. I use crystals in combination with the Reiki energy to enhance the treatment as the crystals send out specific healing vibrations which link with your own vibrations to put you in a state of perfect harmony.
REIKI TRAINING UP TO MASTER LEVEL (USUI AND KARUNA)
You too can learn to channel the Reiki energy to help yourself , friends , family & pets with physical and emotional problems.
Reiki 1 is the first level enabling you to channel Reiki for yourself, friends, family.
Reiki 2 is the practitioner level enabling you to channel Reiki on a deeper level and also to get insured to provide Reiki to others.
Reiki 3 is the master level, this is a very intense channel of healing energy . You must be experienced in channeling Reiki and used to the energy before you proceed to this level.
YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASSES (PRIVATE CLASSES AVAILABLE)
I provide regular Yoga and meditation classes in the S-o-T area. All classes are friendly and beginners are welcome . I run classes which are tailored for all abilities and fitness levels.

ROSSITER WORKOUT SYSTEM
The Rossiter system targets your body's connective tissue, which tightens and shortens with age, overuse and injury. Rossiter workouts loosen tissue and give it back the "space" it needs to work freely, without symptoms, pain or tightness.
You lie on a mat , fully clothed. I add weight with my foot to anchor tissue in place while you hunt for the pain and stretch your body with power. Some symptoms ease within minutes, some take longer. The harder you are willing to work the quicker the results. In no time you'll have your body back.
HAND BLENDED OILS
Enjoy the benefits of Aromatherapy in between treatments with hand blended oils designed just for you . Using specific oils which will help you with physical and emotional problems, or even just to pamper yourself and look and feel fantastic.
