Energy runs throughout our bodies
It has been identified by many cultures & as a consequence of this has many names Chi, Prana, Ki & Manna are but a few of them.
They all refer to the same thing the universal life force energy which flows throughout all living things
Sometimes this energy can become stagnant, blocked or congested causing our body to be at dis-ease with itself, this can cause problems within the body
i.e. Headaches, Fever or just a general run down feeling

Holistic therapies are an approach to wellbeing which emphasize on treating the person as a whole
Paying special attention to the interconnections of mind, body & of the systems within the body, also taken into account is the spiritual well being of the client
Holistic therapies stress the clients role in their own wellbeing through such means as positive attitudes, sound diet & regular exercise
