Welcome to Fix Lifestyles Personal Training

The aim of Fix Lifestyles is to offer a rounded, all-encompassing approach to personal training for women. If you feel fit mentally, you become stronger physically, and vice versa. One feeds off the other. We want you to see and feel this for yourself.

We work with you to increase your confidence, self-belief and physical wellbeing. The benefits of this can be dramatic. This isn’t about 'weight loss’, or aspiring to be 'Size Zero’. It is about women feeling stronger, both physically and mentally, than they ever thought possible. It is about getting rid of those limiting beliefs and receiving help and support from people who care, and who understand because they have been there. We do, and we have. So, what are you waiting for?



We offer a pioneering and fresh approach to personal training and lifestyle coaching...

Instead of the usual, well-worn routine of standing in a gym, paying homage to exercise machines for as long as your mind and/or body can tolerate, our solution is very different.

We offer a completely holistic, rounded and all-encompassing solution, which starts initially with a consultation about exactly what you want to achieve from the coaching, coupled with a bespoke programme of exercises together with nutritional advice. This is less reliant on traditional gym equipment and more geared towards achieving lasting results, borne from a considered combination of mind and body well-being.



Prices

We want to keep things simple. Our prices are as follows:

Initial consultation and assessment £25 (approx 1 hour)

Personal Training sessions: £33 per hour @ Studio or £280 per block of 10 sessions. (prices updated as at 1 Feb 2009)

For mobile personal training sessions, the rate above applies plus travelling rate of £15 per hour.

All clients get ongoing nutritional assessments and guidance as part of their personal training, plus plenty of moral support and encouragement.

Cancellation policy - We try to be understanding and adaptable for all clients. However, persistent cancellation at short notice will result in you being charged. The relationship of client/ trainer is a close one and mutual respect is necessary. We won't help those who won't help themselves!
