The Gym
Our aim is to present leading edge fitness solutions for all, so we have added EXERGENICS which are a motorised range of fitness machines that are suitable for all ages and ranges of fitness and ability. If time is of the issue you can now have a full exercise regime that only takes 30 minutes. Due to the ease of these non weight bearing machines they are strongly recommended by Doctors Physiotherapists and Fitness Trainers.
Effective Safe & Fun
The benefits of Air Machine is that the user will feel no aches and pains, due to the fact that there are no weights just smooth constant air resistance. They are easy to use, you simply press the decrease/increase button or pedal, so you can change the weight you require whilst still sitting on the machine. The resistance can be change up or down 1 kg at a time - which is especially important for rehabilitation.

In our Sunbed Suite we have 2 Tansun VT2000, fast tan stand up sunbeds, which have 48 160 watt tubes and 2 Tansun Rhapsody Lie down beds. We have large luxury tanning rooms all equipped with make-up removers and moisturising creams and tissues.
With our sunbeds you will get that all over tan with no white bits. Ideal for getting your base tan ready for your holidays, keeping your holiday tan or just for having that all year round healthy glow. We keep a record of all of your sessions to help you progress with your tan and to advise you when a break from the sunbeds is needed.
