Welcome to The David Cooke Osteopathic Practice
avid Cooke qualified from The British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003, with first class honours in Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a Masters in paediatric osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in 2006 and is currently a member of the clinical faculty, working there one day per week, teaching postgraduate osteopaths. He is also a clinical tutor on the Osteopathic undergraduate course at Oxford Brookes University.
The approach of the osteopath is to consider the whole structure and mechanics of a body and how that affects the function of that body. It really is concerned about seeking out the cause behind the presentation and ensuring that the body as a whole is functioning so that it can heal itself.
