Welcome to Eat Fit Therapy
Eat Fit Therapy is a new dietetic service launched by Kate Sheldon in October 2006.
Kate is a registered dietitian and is a member of the British Dietetic Association, registered with the Health Professions Council. She is currently practicing in the NHS as a community dietitian and working as a freelance dietitian with specialist knowledge in health promotion, obesity management, sports nutrition and diabetes.
Kate uses her unique background in dietetics, education and health promotion to motivate, educate and support her clients in making lasting lifestyle changes for health.
