Our three active healthy holidays are designed to cater for your different needs and all offer an opportunity to take time out for yourself and find space to re-evaluate your life, career, health, relationships or whatever and make some plans for the future. At our beautiful retreat in the mountains, we provide plenty of space for being on your own as well as lovely communal areas, like the huge shady terrace where people tend to read and gather in the evenings and where we do yoga and often eat our meals.

It isn't only women who need time to find themselves as they hit their forties and fifties. So don't feel excluded if you are a man who likes the sound of what we do, a woman who enjoys the company of men, or a couple. We offer this fun and active week for all.
Space for Me!
The original Pace of Change week. Getting up early for yoga on the terrace, walking in the mountains, chilling by the pool and eating delicious healthy food pretty much guarantees that at the end of a week you'll feel revitalised.
Kickstart Programme
Is there anything in your life you would like to change? Well, yes, sure there is. Is there anything you would like help with? Sorting out a plan to get you through the menopause? Overcoming feelings of isolation or worthlessness? Kickstarting your weight loss? Changing your career? You could set any of this in motion with the Pace of Change Kickstart Programme.
And this option is available to add on to any of the three 6-night breaks. In addition to the fabulous nutritious food, spectacular walks and energising yoga, we will spend time with you to draw up a plan of action to get to grips with whatever it is that you are having trouble with. But it doesn’t stop there. We will continue to offer you support to work through your plan of action for a further six months.
YogaPlus – women-only
A yoga holiday that isn’t only about yoga. Whether you are a beginner or want to take your yoga practice to the next level this is for you. But who could resist the walking in the mountains, swimming in the lovely pool, opportunities for photography or just chilling out?
