Individual Therapy
Our Programme
Our powerful treatment programme provides recovery from mental health problems through intensive yet caring therapies. Each client can receive more than 55 individual therapy sessions per month with doctors and therapists who are at the forefront of modern psychological treatment. Our fully customized treatment programme first discovers and then heals the underlying causes of a person’s psychological concerns using one-to-one therapy.
One-to-One Treatment
Our entire treatment philosophy is built upon One-to-One Treatment rather than group sessions. Only within a private, intimate, safe environment will one feel comfortable enough and safe enough to talk about innermost fears, the shameful events of their lives and their most private concerns. In the privacy of one-to-one sessions with expert therapists true healing takes place.
The UK’s Most Complete One to One Treatment
During each week of a client’s treatment programme, he or she will receive more than fifteen individual therapy sessions with up to 10 different treatment professionals, all experts in different components of complementary and psychological therapies. Such intensive treatment allows us to provide more healing in 30 days than any other psychological centre might provide in an entire year. The team of therapists available at TriHealth is comprised of some of the finest treatment professionals in the UK. One of the reasons why the clients who come to TriHealth are so successful is because of the extremely high level of care that each therapist provides.
