Podiatry is a practice which is concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of issues relating to the feet and lower leg. The goal of treatment is to treat disease and disorders with the aim of ensuring mobility is retained in the area.
Podiatrists treat diseases but are also effective in putting into place, specific prevention strategies to help avoid the potential for future problems to manifest.
