Sessions are recommended as lots of 3, during which you will be lying down on a massage table. Individuals can be fully clothed and should be comfortable for the duration of the experience. Perfumes should be avoided.

The lines of energy which run through our systems, can be related to the grid of lines that wrap around the entire planet. The reconnection process allows an exchange of information to occur as a result of this process, during the 1-3 sessions of Reconnective Healing.
