Connective Tissue Massage works the fascia, promoting relaxation throughout the body. This technique can be effective in treating areas of chronic tension, improving posture and increasing vitality in individuals.
During treatment, patients will lay down on a massage table with the majority of clothing removed. Practitioners will communicate with the individual to ensure that any discomfort or pain is minimised.
