Reflexology
Maternity reflexology and reproflexology (for male and female) for conception, pregnancy, birth and afterwards for you and baby - can be used from day 1 of pregnancy where as traditional reflex can only be used from week 12 onwards. Fertility reflex can help with PCOS, hormone imbalances, stress and anxiety, unexplained fertility, regulates clients cycles, low egg or sperm count, reduce the side effects of IUI IVF DIUI. Recent reproflexology study had a 69% success rate.
Traditional reflexology that assists with an array of conditions. Reducing stress, depression and anxiety, headaches, IBS, muscle aches and pains. It can be used as a stand alone therapy or to complement main stream medicine.
Precision reflexology using linking movements for advanced reflex treatments.
Reflexology lymph drainage for cancer patients.
Spinal reflexology, for acute and long term back pain.
Massage
I use traditional sweedish massage which is easy to adapt to suit clients needs, such as relaxation, stimulation, well tones muscles, elderly, children, and different body types.
Indian head massage.
i am also qualified baby massage instructor to teach clients and their new babies massage techniques, small groups for maximum support, helps with sleeping, bonding, digestion, colic but to name a few.
Aromatherapy
I use good quality branded oils that are sourced and ethically harvested that can be added to a massage carrier oils.
Reiki
Although i do not offer full reiki sessions i have got reiki that can be added to treatments on clients request.
Complementary therapies in oncology and palliative care, massage, aromatherapy and reflexology treatments.
I mostly work from home where i have a designated self contained treatment room, i do offer a mobile service for less mobile clients. I understand that some therapies are not available through the NHS and for some can be costly so upon proof of a low income i offer a discount on my treatments so don't hesitate to contact me for more details. Full consultations are given before treatments. I have 12yrs experience of working within the NHS and care environment before becoming a complementary therapist so i have a good medical knowledge background on presenting conditions.
GP or consultant advice maybe asked for in the event of complex medical history. My treatments cant be use to diagnose conditions and should not be used to replace main stream medicine.
