Aromatherapy can be defined as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to help: balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. Each Aromatherapy blend will be carefully selected for your individual requirements after taking a short health and lifestyle consultation. These oils not only smell amazing but are therapeutic in their very nature. I am passionate about Aromatherapy and all the ways essential oils can help restore balance to us in our sometimes busy and stressful lives, if you are looking for some well deserved time out then look no further.

The Emmett Technique
The Emmett Technique is a unique body therapy technique created by Ross Emmett. It offers an alternative treatment to ease pain and discomfort and may benefit many other conditions.
The treatment can be done fully clothed and incorporates a gentle physical release of muscle groups. The technique involves the application of light pressure at particular points and in sequences that enables the gentle physical release of muscle groups, leading to in many cases a feeling of deep relaxation and over all well being.
Some of the symptoms which have been relieved:
Releases neck and shoulder discomfort
Aids headaches and sinus discomfort
Improves knee and ankle restrictions
Improves body symmetry and balance
Increases body flexibility
The Emmett technique can be easily incorporated with other treatments , the technique works in conjunction with all therapies or can be applied on its own. The technique often allows other therapies to work more efficiently.

Acupuncture is an ancient form of traditional Chinese medicine. It works on the principle of stimulating points in the body to correct imbalances in the flow of energy (Qi) through channels known as meridians. This belief is based on the interaction of the five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) and having profound effects on internal organs, which are either yin or yang.
Traditional Chinese medicine also recognizes the mind and body interacting as one, meaning that emotions have a physiological effect on the body. Five emotions are represented by the five elements.
Anxiety is one of the most common mental illnesses worldwide. Many people suffer some form of anxiety occasionally but others cannot manage this natural response to a stressful situation. When a person experiences a highly stressful or threatening scenario, the mind can be overloaded and fail to develop ways of coping.
Although the symptoms can be as manageable as an ominous feeling in the pit of the stomach, some suffer much worse. Anxiety can trigger the following responses:
physical, such as an irregular heartbeat
cognitive, which can cause negative thoughts
emotional, such as fear.
Auricular acupuncture is considered a very beneficial treatment for reducing symptoms of anxiety, improving sleep patterns and reducing symptoms of pain. Along with guided meditation auricular acupuncture can induce feeling s of deep relaxation.
(Allow up to 1 Hour) - £20.00
THERMO AURICULAR THERAPY (Hopi Ear Candling)
Many people suffer from clogged ears, headaches, migraines, sore throats, sinusitis, glue ear, irritation in the ear, excessive wax, rhinitis, ear ache, catarrh and all the side effects that these may bring. Few are aware that there is a wonderful, painless soothing, cleansing treatment available. It does away with the messy, uncomfortable business of syringing. Its effects are, we consider, deeper and longer lasting. Incorporates a relaxing head massage and sinus pressure points.
(Allow 1 Hour) - £35.00
CRYSTAL THERAPY (with Aromatherapy Back Massage)
Crystal Therapy is the ancient art of laying-on-of-stones. Crystals are laid on the body over the chakra points. Each chakra resonates to a particular color, so by laying a stone of that color over the chakra, the chakras open, align and blend with one another. When the chakra system is balanced, the physical body is able to innately self-correct and heal.
Crystals have become popular for both science and human beings. They are used in science in the form of silicone chips in computers, radio and television to receive, store and transmit information. As for human beings they are used in a similar manner, through healing, meditation and visualization, an individual will receive, store and transmit energy.
Used in conjunction with Aromatherapy back massage, crystal therapy can be a deeply relaxing treatment often leading to a feeling of balance and contentment.
Crystals are one of the tools of vibration and resonance that create sensory healing also known as energy healing, crystals work to balance the chakras not unlike how acupuncture works to clear blockages along the bodies meridians.
(Allow 1 Hour) - £35.00
Reflexology is a popular and relaxing treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops, and sides of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a 'map' of the body.
Reflexologists work on the reflexes with their thumbs and fingers using specialised massage techniques, said to help correct imbalances throughout the body, and help release blocked energy.
(Allow 1 Hour) - £30.00
Chinese Reflexology is the ancient art of healing by working pressure points on the feet, hands and ears. These points correspond to different parts of the body. Early evidence of Chinese Reflexology dates back to the 2nd century BC, when Dr Yu Fu treated patients without the usual herbs and acupuncture but concentrated solely on massage.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Following illness, injury or stress vital energy pathways in the body are blocked preventing the body from functioning normally. Chinese reflexology helps unblock these pathways by ridding the body of toxins and improving circulation and elimination. This restores the body's equilibrium of yin and yang, encourages healing and strengthens the body.
What is the difference between Chinese and European Reflexology?
Chinese Reflexology involves firmer pressure in sweeping movements on the various points of the feet with a blend of aromatherapy oils chosen specifically to help induce relief from individual symptoms ranging from insomnia and anxiety to muscle pain etc.
Natural Lift Facial Massage
Incorporates a unique blend of highly effective techniques drawn from both Japanese Face Massage and Indian Head Massage, also known as Facial Rejuvination or Natural Facelift. It also incorporates complementary techniques from Acupressure and Facial Reflexology, this advanced method of traditional facial massage treats the surface and also deep facial tissues with highly refined, gentle hand and finger manipulation. Includes a massage of the shoulders, neck, face and scalp, using organic Aromatherapy Essential oils selected for your skin type. This will have you floating home.
These techniques can:
Increase blood circulation
Stimulate the nervous system
Improve lymphatic flow
Strengthen and tone muscles
These massage techniques release stresses and traumas locked deeply into the muscles and energy of the face, head and neck. Our face is often our mask, hiding who we really are, and it takes much energy to maintain this "front". Dropping the mask can be the door to profound relaxation and inner ease.
