Colour Therapy can Help!

Colour therapy or colour psychology is an effective way to balance the whole persons mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.  I use a variety of different colour therapy techniques, which all work to support and assist in balancing any feeling or emotion that may be troubling you.

Colour Therapy - Drawing Session

Using colour with drawing and counselling allows us to get in touch with feelings or emotions that have been subconsciously blocked or suppressed. When we draw it helps reveal the very things that we may of forgotten about or ones we may of put aside that may of been unpleasant to deal with.

Using these tools together can create a gentle and supportive way to help release these subconscious blocks to allow a healing or a shift to take place.

Nutrition, Lifestyle and Colour Session

We may not think that when we eat food that we are taking in a Colour Energy, but we are. That is why if we eat a variety of fruit and vegetables or a "Rainbow of Colours" we will be eating all of the necessary vitamin and minerals that our body needs. 

In a Nutrition, Lifestyle and Colour Session, we discuss what you are currently Eating as well as look at your Lifestyle to see which areas may need some additional Support. The "Rainbow of Colours" can reflect all of the main areas of a persons life: – Personal, Health and well-being, Business and Career, Home and Family, Social and Community.  From a short assessment you can choose which area of your life you would like to work on that you feel would benefit you the most.

Aroma Kinesiology Session

Using an Aromatic Barometer the client chooses Essential Oils that relate to how they are currently feeling when in a negative or emotional state. The Essential Oils can be used to support any of the “four pillars of healing” for our Mental, Physical, Emotional or Spiritual health.  Once the Essential oils are chosen by you, a blend is made and then massaged into Acupressure points to move the Emotion into a positive peaceful place.

Another way I use this technique is by going through a word association or feelings barometer which lists emotions/feelings that you may be experiencing, then Essentials Oils will be chosen to help balance them.  Also available are my Aromatherapy specialised blends that come in a 10ml perfume roller bottle blended in jojoba oil or in a 30ml jar blended into cocoa butter, beeswax and almond oil. 

Natural Remedies for “Peace of Mind”

In this day and age with all that is going on around the world with covid-19 and the many challenges and changes that we have had to over come and faced with daily, so it's great to know that there are natural remedies available that you can take to help you manage and maintain your well-being.

Bach Flower Remedy Consultation

There are 38 Bach Flower Remedies that have been individually prepared from parts of plants and mineral material with an additional Remedy that most people know about and is used worldwide being:- Rescue Remedy.

Bach Flower Remedy Sessions Available:

  • We discuss your current situation or concern, which gives me an insight on what Bach Flowers you may need, then a Remedy is made to support your individual requirements.
  • You Intuitively choose three Bach Flower Remedies to take which work on connecting you to any subsconsious blocks that you may need to work through. This process only takes a few minutes to work and is a very effective way to create a energy shift or healing to take place.

Homoeopathic Remedy Consultation

Besides treating most common ailments, there are many Homeopathic Remedies that are available to take when feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or if you need assistance dealing with grief, frustration or anger.  Although a remedy would need to be chosen for a person's overall constitution type, some examples of remedies used for panic attacks or anxiety could be:- aconite, gelsemium, ignatia, pulsatilla and Staphisagria. 

Herbal Formulas or Tinctures

Herbs can be taken in many different forms, teas, tinctures, liquid herbal extracts, herbal Infusions or salves being some to help assist good health, nutrition and well-being.  Some herbs like St Johns Wort, Skullcap, Passionflower, Ginkgo, can help strengthen our wellbeing if feeling depressed, anxious or unable to concentrate. In any of my Consultations I can advise what herbs and in what formulation I feel would be of benefit for you.

Supplements and Other Supportive Products

To help with reducing Stress, or supporting our Mood and build emotional resilience I offer holistic tools and strategies that are easy to implement, starting with a comprehensive Mood/Stress Questionnaire which will indicate what products to use to tailor to your individual  stress, anxiety or mood states, focusing on three core areas:

  1. Relieve symptoms using herbal formulas for stress, anxiety and mood symptoms and support neuro pathways, as well as addressing underlying drivers (i.e. inflammation) that impact a healthy stress response.
  2. Restore a healthy stress response using core nutrients including condition specific magnesium combinations and B vitamins for stress adaptation, mood, sleep, healthy neurotransmitter synthesis and energy production. Our gut and brain are interconnected via a two-way communication system known as the ‘gut-brain axis’.
