Hi, my name is Judy Gaskell - welcome to my website!
I'm a BACP registered counsellor working in Winchester, Hampshire. I have been offering counselling, healing, and psychotherapy for twenty years and my aim is to support and facilitate your own personal growth and development. I am also a fully trained supervisor.
I can offer help and support with any of the following issues:- Bereavement, Loss and Separation
- Stress, depression, anxiety
- Relationships
- Personal Development & Growth
- Sexual, physical and emotional abuse counselling
As well as one-to-one counselling, I also offer whole family counselling to facilitate adjustment to separation, divorce or other difficult situations. I'm also prepared to work short term via telephone counselling.
The most important thing in all cases is to create a situation in which you are comfortable and at ease. My main aim is to create a positive environment in which I help you to help yourself and provide support if the therapy gets uncomfortable.
