Kara is a qualified Reiki practitioner with 10 years experience and is a member of The UK Reiki Federation. Recently moved to Nottingham to be near family. This move precipitated a change in career, having worked for the past 16 years as mental health nurse in the NHS, giving Reiki on her days off, Kara wanted to work with people in a more holistic, natural way and choose to work with Reiki and other natural therapies,at this point Indian head massage.
