I have been practicing holistic therapies for 6 years, helping clients both young and old to reduce stress, tension and pain. The health and well-being of each of my clients is foremost.
I am qualified in Bowen Fascial Release technique, Reflexology, Massage, Indian Head Massage and Acupressure massage.
SERVICES
All of the therapies I practice treat the whole body not just the symptoms so we aim to address the origin of the problem. Every client is different so each treatment is tailor made for that person after consultation and discussion.
In this busy world its easy to feel tired and stressed, tension and pain build up making us feel even more tired and feel unwell. By taking time out, have one of the treatments, allows the body to relax and re-balance making us feel better ready to face the days ahead.
