HATHA YOGA
A system of techniques and physical postures (asanas) that promotes health and mental calm.

KARMA YOGA
This path of yoga is meant for the people who are practical by nature and believe in doing actions.It demands selfless action without thinking of any reward for it and dedicating it to God Himself.
BHAKTI YOGA
This path of yoga is meant for people who are emotional.It is the path of devotion and it considers God to be an object of deep love.In it, the yogi surrenders himself /herself to God.
One-to-One Private Classes
One to one yoga session can take place in my studio or in the comfort of your own home.
Private Yoga instruction allows you to work with me to tailor a session that is personal to your own needs.
After a while of yoga practice on your own home ( One to One tuition) you can enjoy the yoga classes ,where the subtle effect of asanas practiced together ( at unison) is bigger.
