Elaine Curry, is a Reflexology Specialist located in the area of Maghera.
She prides herself in her work, and has a very successful career in Reflexology,
amongest many other holistic therapys, to ease any aches and pains, including periods of stress or anxiety.
Elaine is a specialist reflexologist & yoga teacher . She works with woman & children,
providing reflexology for infertility, pregnancy , babies & children.
She also performs classes in yoga for all ages & baby massage.

Yoga is the union of the mind body spirit & breath. It is a non- competitive form of exercise that will help to stretch & tone muscle,improve stamina for other sports, promote deep relaxation, reduce stress & improve wellbeing.

*Adult Yoga
These classes are suitable for both a beginner as well as the more advance students. They aim to create a flexabilty in the mind body & spirit.Increasing strength & stamina for sports, regulating hormones and improving posture & energy levels. They can also help improve concentration & release stress.
*Kids Yoga
Fun & games, yoga, & meditation to improve co ordination,mental alertness, & physical well being. Elaine has been trained in children's yoga & relax Kids. Relax kids uses a range of books CDs & relaxation products, specifically designed to help children manage their stress, anxiety & anger while promoting self confidence, self esteem and peaceful sleep.
*Teenage Yoga
Relaxed & fun Yoga classes aimed specifically for teenagers,to help with the physical, emotional and psychological development that occurs during adolescence. Age 12-18 yrs
*Parent and Baby Yoga
For mums and babies of 6 weeks - 18 months. This is a fun way to stretch, tone and regain core strength, while bonding with your baby. Babies are stretched and moved in a way to stimulate their development,and aid sleep and relaxation. Mums are taught classical yoga asanas in a new funfilled way. Breathing techniques are taught to help calm, relax and increase energy levels and improve mood. No previous yoga experience is needed to attend this class.
*Baby Reflexology
Baby reflex is 3 week course to teach parents gentle reflexology that may enhance the natural loving bond between parent and child. This soothing form of finger - tip and thumb pressure, has been specially created for parents to give to their babies on their feet and toddlers on their hands and parents can adjust the treatment to suit their own child's needs. It is very simple to learn and can be useful for sleeping, soothing, teething, constipation, reflux, coughs colds & chest problems.
*Toddler Reflexology
A 2 week course teaching very simple hand reflexology techniques using nursery rhymes. These techniques may help with chest problems, teething, constipation , settling & soothing.
*Baby Massage
A 5 week course for parent & baby to teach them baby massage & reflexology techniques. This a wonderfully relaxing class that encourages bonding, relaxing, settling & soothing. It is great fun and an opportunity to meet other new mums.
Reflexology
For each person the application and the effect of the therapy is unique. Elaine is fully trained to detect imbalances, tensions are eased and circulation can be improved. This gentle therapy encourages the body to heal itself.
Standard Reflexology Treatment
Reflexology is an ancient therapy based on the principle that the whole of the body can be mapped out on points on the hands and feet. There are over 7000 nerve ending in the feet. Using these points on the feet the reflexologist will help to restore balance to the systems of the body, improve circulation and removal of toxins and release trapped energy .Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy and may help with the following: Asthma, Arthritis, Sports Injuries, Menopausal Symptoms,ME,MS, Infertitily Back pain, Insomnia, Migraine, Irritable bowel and Constipation.

A 20-35 min reflexology treatment (depending on age) for children, during which the parent learns simple techniques that can be used at home for relaxation and to rebalance.

Maternity reflexology
Regular reflexology treatments during pregnancy, can be useful for many ailments that can occur at this time. Pregnancy is not an illness but there are many changes occurring in the body. Reflexology is a very gentle but effective treatment and can help with the following: Anaemia, Anxiety, Appetite, regulation,Backache, constipation, Haemorroids, Insomnia, Muscular fatigue, Muscular tension, Nausea, vomiting, Oedema and Urinary tract problems.

A full reflexology treatment using aromatherapy oils specially blended to your individual needs. Combining essential oils, extracted from plants, with specialised massage techniques, aromatherapy is the ultimate in stress reduction and relaxes both the mind and the body. After an individual consultation, essential oils with their therapeutic properties are hand blended to suit specific needs.
