We are based in LEATHERHEAD in Surrey, within the Natural Beauty Salon at 6A Bridge Street - We are devoted to Relaxation and Stress Relief of individuals and groups to promote Balance and Calmness of Mind Body and Spirit and have three main aims.
First is to provide Deep Relaxation for you with first class Massage Therapies
Including: - Deep Relaxation Massage (with aromatherapy oils)

- Traditional Chinese Massage (Accupressure for Pain Relief)
- Trigger Point Therapy (pain relief)
- Remedial Massage (pain relief)

All designed to individual requirements to provide Deep Relaxation and/or release pain,stress and anxiety. To set free the body and mind and promote a Calm and Still place within
Secondly: To assist you to learn various Relaxation and Stress Management techniques by providing Relaxation Courses, Meditation and Visualization Groups and Personal Development Workshops (please go to website to see current course information)
Thirdly: To assist you by providing a space to help you to reach your 'global center', and your Stillness within. We believe that the more conscious we are of our inner world where exists peace and balance the easier for us to demonstrate our own dynamic creativity.
About Me
We are the sum of all of our Experiences
Susanne studied Massage Therapies under Maurice Copeland School of Massage and Kinesiolgy in Melbourne Australia in 1998 who was well known for the highest standard of instruction blending Eastern and Western modalities.
She obtained Certification as a Life Coach with Hart Life Coaching in Australia. working with clients to 'Live the life you Want'. She trained in Ayruvedic Massage techniques and obtained certification as a Yoga Teacher in India. She is a Reiki practitioner conscious of the healing power of universal energy which is believed to be channeled through this practice.
Susanne returned to the UK in 2003 and since then has broadened her experience by attending Shamanic Workshops by Helen Fost at 'Temenoshealing' ,and at' Eagles Wing' and the 'Sacred Trust' to gain more experience and understanding of the energy body and energy work in relation to our Body Mind and Spirit and which she is able to incorporate in her work.
Susanne also attends many Astrology seminars and workshops to further enhance her knowledge of this facinating subject.
When we are relaxed:
Our body functions at its optimum, our vital organs work better to ward off illness.
Our mind is calmer enabling us to think clearer and be more focused enabling us to RESPOND to the stresses and strains of life in the way we choose instead of REACTING.

Her focus is to support and guide towards fullfilment of our own hearts longing and inner truth.
