Reflexology
A Step To Better Health
The body has the natural ability to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury, disease or trauma of any kind, the body is in a state of imbalance. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium (balance). The Reflexologist uses their hands to apply gentle pressure to the feet. The application of the therapy for each client is unique. Reflexology is a complementary therapy, it works along side orthodox medicine. The Reflexologist will never interfere with medication your GP has prescribed. Sensitive trained hands can dect tiny deposits and tensions in the feet; in these areas the Reflexologist will work carefully to restore the free flow of energy to the whole system. In doing this, tensions are ease; elimination and circulation are improved bringing about a feeling of relaxation and well being to the client. This gentle therapy encourages the body to heal itself at its own pace.
