Holistic Aromatherapy

Reflexology involves the manipulation of the reflex areas and acupressure points on the feet and hands that correlate with all the major organs, glands and body parts.
Energy channels, known as meridians, can also be cleared of blockages to promote the flow of ‘qi’ (chi or prana) energy.

Angel Guidance and Energy Healing
The angels are unconditionally loving spiritual beings who are available for us at all times for support and guidance during our time on Earth and beyond. We just need to ask for help, quieten our minds and listen with our ears, eyes and minds for their messages.
We can all access the wisdom of our own Guardian angels, other angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and other beings of light who wish to guide us on our souls' journey. They teach us of forgiveness and allowing loving light to shine into our minds and hearts, in order that our dreams can be manifested.
As an angel therapist, I support my clients connection to this guidance, through angel card readings and energy clearing/balancing work. I create a clear space where the angels can bring their higher vibrational energies to clear energetic attachments to the past and support healing on all levels.
