Welcome to Natural Balance Kinesiology MCR
I have had a life long interest in healing, and I have trained in many disiplines as my interest grew and so have a broad range of therapies and understanding to call on. The more "tools" I have, the better therapist I can be.
I first trained in Swedish Massage and then Reflexology and Aromatherapy. In 1995 I found Health Kinesiology and although I qualified in 1997 the training is ongoing as there are new developements every year. I am also a Reiki Master and Teacher and have a Diploma in Advanced Healing Skills.
I have taught Reflexology and Aromatherapy at college and teach Reiki and self / spiritual developement. I cannot imagine ever losing my thirst for knowledge which will help me to be the best therapist that I can be.
ALLERGY TESTING
If you suffer from Bloating, Indigestion, Weight gain or an inability to lose weight no matter which diet you follow, you may be suffering from reactions to the foods you eat. Reactions to to foods ( or chemicals, Food additives etc.) can also cause tiredness, joint stiffnes and pain, skin problems and more.
HEALTH KINESIOLOGY
Uses gentle muscle testing to access the innate wisdom of the body to identify and release blocks in the BioEnergy system.

Of all of the therapies that I have learned Health Kinesiology is the most versatile and specific because the body itself defines exactly the content of the treatment.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is an ancient therapy that has been practised in many cultures over thousands of years. Our entire body is mapped out on the feet and a skilled practitioner can not only find problem areas, where the energy in the body is blocked but, by using specific techniques, can help to release these blockages allowing the body to return to balance. Many of my clients become so relaxed they they fall asleep during the treatment.
REIKI
Reiki is a gentle and safe energy treatment that is both relaxing and energising. It is a hands on healing technique that uses channeled energy to release blockages and traumas from the whole being. A blissfully therapy that relaxes and revitalises.
