THERAPIES

HOLISTIC MASSAGE

An effective treatment to relax or revitalise - depending on your needs. Improves muscle and skin tone and promotes a sense of well-being.The therapeutic effects of touch have been used for centuries to help heal ailments and imbalances in the body. As well as releasing tension in the soft tissues of the body, massage stimulates the circulation and the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate waste toxins. It relaxes the body, boosts the immune system and increases vitality.

HOLISTIC FACIAL - NEAL'S YARD REMEDIES

A tailored Facial treatment using Neal's Yard natural skincare range & traditional Chinese facial diagnosis, which can indicate issues with inner health & vitality. It combines skin nourishment with massage to leave skin feeling fresher, clearer and more radiant.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

This ancient Ayurvedic art is becoming more popular as the patient remains clothed and comfortably seated. It relieves the areas most prone to stress and tension - the head, neck and shoulders. In addition it can be effective in the treatment of headaches, migraine, eye strain, jaw ache, sinus problems, insomnia or anxiety.

AYURVEDIC FACE MASSAGE & MARMA POINTS

Ayurvedic Face massage is a traditional treatment that detoxifies, nourishes and revitalises. It uses carefully chosen pure essential oils, botanical extracts and herbal preparations to deeply cleanse, hydrate and rejuvinate the skin. It includes a facial steam and a Marma Point massage to relax and relieve the stress lines that are a result of every day life.

MATERNITY MASSAGE

Massage can soothe nerves and relieve common complaints such as fatigue, backache, aching legs and feet, and many other physical and emotional conditions associated with pregnancy.
Massage can help after the birth too. it promotes muscle healing and spinal alignment, important in returning your body to its pre-pregnancy state.

BABIES & CHILDREN

Massaging babies helps ease anxiety and minimise crying. It can aid a baby’s immune system, lower stress levels, relieve colic and encourage sleep.
Massage can aid childhood illnesses such as coughs, asthma and eczema, and improve a child’s development both physically and emotionally.

BABY MASSAGE GROUPS

I hold Baby massage sessions for small groups of mums (up to 6), who wish to learn how to massage their own babies, a wonderful way to bond with your child and make friends with other carers. Over 4 - 6 sessions you will learn simple techniques to relax your baby and specific strokes to help with congestion, colic, gas and teething.

AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy is the art of using essential oils in holistic treatments. A carefully chosen blend of essential oils, extracted from plants and flowers, is applied together with gentle rhythmic massage. Acu-pressure to enhance vitality and balance energy levels, and Lymphatic drainage to improve lymph flow, release toxins and stimulate the nervous system.

My passion for essential oils has encouraged me to develop a range of skincare products, as well as blends to complement treatments for specific conditions, such as eczema. I can create personalised, hand-blended aromatherapy blends and gifts to order (using only pure & natural ingredients).

HOT STONE & COLD STONE THERAPY (LaStone)

Warmed basalt stones penetrate deeply to loosen and sooth tightened, congested muscles. Cold stones are used to reduce inflammation and create a balanced and rejuvinating treatment. The stones help relax the whole body, reviving energy levels and boosting the healing process.
