The Consultation
In the first consultation which lasts one hour Margrit will listen to your health concerns and take a detailed case history to get a clear picture of your condition and you as an individual. She will record information about your symptoms, as well as your general health, medical history, current medication, diet, lifestyle, and emotional state and may investigate further with a physical examination. A diagnosis and management plan will then follow these investigations where diet or lifestyle changes may be proposed. A herbal prescription that will match your condition is then prescribed.
The herbal consultations are completely confidential.

Margrit is a qualified Herbal Practitioner (BSc Hons) and can help you with all aspects of your health and wellbeing. As a herbalist she will work closely with you to create a unique treatment plan, specially tailored for you and your specific requirements. She is qualified to examine, diagnose and prescribe herbal remedies to patients. Margrit holistically supports and treats people of all ages and backgrounds and only use herbs with superior quality.
She also has a diploma in Indian Head Massage LCICI, from the London Centre of Indian Champissage. She trained with the founders and teachers who brought Indian Head Massage to the UK from India.
