Testimonials
During my maternity reflexology treatment I was made to feel relaxed and calm. I felt very positive and went into labour the next day. I will definately be trying it again.
Nina, ward clerk, age 25
Having suffered with muscular pain in the shoulder area I found that following Swedish massage I felt relaxed and experienced immediate relief from the sypmtoms which, after 3-4 treatments have now totally gone. My lower back and sciatic pain subsided after two reflexology treatments which also left me with a general feeling of wellbeing, both mentally and physically.
Mark, financial advisor, age 45
Since regularly having reflexolgy I feel relaxed with raised energy levels and have noticeable relief from the pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders, arm and feet. I am now able to go dancing four times a week and walk comfortably in heels.
Christine, retired, age 60
I have suffered from migraines for many years and I was sceptical at first as to whether reflexology would help. I now feel there has been a definite improvement. My hot stones treatment was great and very relaxing. I felt wonderful and didn't want it to stop.

Aloe Vera Products
The aloe vera plant resembles a cactus plant but is actually a member of the Lily family. When mature, the inner gel is harvested, preserved and bottled to produce a product which is as close to the natural inner plant juice as is possible.
Aloe vera gel contains at least 75 known ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, natural pain killers, antibacterial, fungal and viral properties. It can be taken internally for its nutritional, anti-inflammatory and immune balancing effect or combined with other ingredients to produce topical creams and lotions to nourish and improve the condition of the skin.

Reflexology
Massage and pressure point techniques are used to stimulate all the body systems by working on the reflexes in the feet or hands. Imbalances are corrected by the release of energy during and after treatment. Beneficial for all ailments, especially stress related conditions & hormone imbalances. Specific techniques are used to help maintain a healthy pregnancy and in natural fertility management.
Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT)
EFT is a simple tapping technique which you can easily do yourself which will take away any negative feelings you may be having towards any situation. By concentrating on the problem & tapping on certain energy points known as meridians, imbalances are corrected and blockages are released, enabling you to think differently about situations. It's good for ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from confidence issues, to cravings, to fear of flying, to feelings such as guilt or resentment.
Hot & Cold Stone Therapy
The therapeutic skills of the therapist and hot or cold stones work in partnership to enhance the beneficial effects of this deeply balancing treatment. Hot & cold stone therapy is ideal for inducing complete relaxation and aiding sleep, reducing inflammation or congestion and relieving aches & pains.
Swedish Massage
The soft tissues of the body are manipulated using various techniques which have a positive effect on all the systems of the body. Improves muscle strength, tone and flexibility and may help to ease back pain. Advanced techniques maybe incorporated to alleviate particular problems caused by tense or strained muscles.
Aromatherapy Massage
A variety of massage techniques are combined with the therapeutic properties of essential oils to enhance the benefits of this treatment. A unique blend of essential oils is selected to help improve health and emotional wellbeing and restore body balance. A patch test may be necessary for clients who suffer from allergies or have particularly sensitive skin.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is both a stimulating and relaxing treatment which concentrates on the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms & face. Chakra balancing is incorporated to add depth and completeness to this treatment. May help to improve concentration and energy levels & provide relief from tension headaches, mental fatigue or eye strain.
Acupressure
The roots of acupressure lie in Tradition Chinese Medicine where acupuncture points are stimulated using pressure instead of needles. The Chinese believe that energy which they refer to as ‘Chi’, flows through the body along channels known as meridians and that the maintenance of health is directly related to the flow of ‘Chi’. If the energy becomes imbalanced; deficient, excessive or stagnant in anyway, then illness or discomfort may ensue. Each meridian is connected to and related to a specific organ from which it takes its name, for example the liver or lung. Pressure is applied to acupoints near the surface of the body with the intention of restoring the flow of energy within the body.
Seated Acupressure
A very revitalising and toning treatment which relaxes tense muscles, increases blood circulation and promotes a sense of wellbeing. The treatment is performed through light clothing and massage and stretching techniques are also used to enhance the therapeutic outcome. Seated acupressure can be performed on site providing relief from pain and tension in the back, shoulders, head and neck.
Advanced Massage Techniques
Advanced massage techniques may be incorporated into any complementary therapy to enhance the therapeutic benefits of the treatment.
Soft Tissue Release
A quick and effective technique which releases localised areas of muscle tension by combining pressure and stretching. Local areas of tight and adhered muscle fibres are locked and the tissue stretched away from the point.
Myofascial Trigger Points
By applying pressure directly on an area of hardened muscle fibres, pain and muscle tone are reduced. This is followed by passive or active stretches which provide relief.
