About Karina Speaks
I am a fully qualified and Insured Massage Therapist with 12 years experience in Holistic therapies.
I am a Member of The Federation Of Holistic Therapists with current Insurance.
I work from Holistic Centers and Clinics in Ledbury and also have a mobile service For Sports and Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stone and On-Site Massage.
What to expect from Sports Massage
Sports Massage is not just for sportsmen and women. Everyone can benefit.
Sports Massage can:
- Help to Warm Up and Cool down before and after exercise or training
- Find and prevent sites of possible injury before they become a problem.
- Help in injury rehabilitation, access chronic and acute injury sites before Treatment (if an injury is severe or you are worried always seek medical advice beforehand).
- Provide Stretching exercises that may help Performance or rehabilitation.
- Where necessary can provide postural assessment
- As part of an overall program to keep your muscles in peak condition and enhance performance.
I am happy to travel up to 25 mile radius of Ledbury but may need to charge Mileage for clients outside a 15 mile radius.
I regularly attend Sports events and am happy to do group or party bookings for clubs,events or competitors.where I can do warm up or cool down massages usually for 15-20 minute sessions which can work out from as little as £10 per person or a daily rate for clubs or organizations
I also do small parties of a minimum of 3 people.
I work from 9 - 5 Mondays to Fridays
Other times and weekends by arrangement.
I work At The Inner Place, Ledbury on Fridays and Ledbury Osteopathic Practice on Wednesday Mornings 9 am to 1 pm
