About Kate Harris
Professional Experience
Kate Harris is a qualified Occupational Therapist and Life Coach. She has worked for fifteen years in various areas including: Voluntary Organisations for Mental Health, Community Hospitals, Day Centres for Adults and Older People, Community Mental Health Teams and Specialist Services.
Kate has qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling, Group Work, Anxiety Management and Life Coaching.
Since starting to work independently, she has specialised in stress management for individuals and organisations offering training sessions designed to suit specific needs.
Personally
Kate is a mother of three. She has experienced many ups and downs in life.
