I have been practising Complementary Therapies since I completed my Diploma in Reflexology in 1995. I am a fully insured member of the UK’s largest professional association of complementary therapists, the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Reflexology: Trained at Chrysalis School of Reflexology – qualified through the Irish Reflexologist’s Institute with a Diploma in Reflexology in 1995. Since then studied Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) with Lynne Booth completing Advanced VRT certificate in 2005. Also trained in Maternity Reflexology. Aromatherapy: Diploma in Aromatherapy though the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Also completed Advanced Massage Techniques, also with the FHT. Energy healing and Reiki: Completed Touch for Health (TFH) Kinesiology Level 1. Achieved Reiki levels 1, 2, 3 and am a qualified Master in the Usui school of Reiki. Certified Angel Practitioner, trained with Charles Virtue.
