Here’s what you can expect from your visit:
Massage Therapy
A session would include simple breathing and relaxation techniques, followed by a relaxing massage to the neck, back and shoulders, combined with a head and facial massage (the ultimate stress buster!) to help alleviate tension, headaches, sinus pressure and muscular aches. Most people find a massage deeply relaxing and enjoyable and say they can feel the tension floating away. Massage is also very helpful for those suffering from sleepless and restless nights (after all, you don’t want dark shadows under your eyes on your special day!)
Reflexology Therapy
Again the session begins with breathing and relaxation techniques. Reflexology is a healing massage applied to the feet. When the feet are massaged, certain reflex points are stimulated that correspond to parts of the body. Reflexology will stimulate your body’s own healing powers by rebalancing the energy flow within the body and removing energy blockages. The treatment is very simple and extremely relaxing.
About The Therapist
I am a fully qualified therapist specialising in reflexology and massage therapy.
Since starting my own business in 2004, I have treated clients from the elderly to the very young, from people seeking relief from chronic pain, to those who just want to enjoy a relaxing pamper.
I practice throughout the Trafford area, from my base in Urmston.
Prices for massage and reflexology treatments range from £20 - £35 for a session depending on the treatment you choose
