Reflexology
The therapy is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet (or hands) correspond to areas throughout the body. Reflexologists work these reflexes with their thumbs and fingers using specialised massage techniques to help correct imbalances throughout the body and help release blocked energy.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a massage therapy that works specifically on the areas of head, scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back using a variety of massage techniques carried out in a seated position.
Maternity Reflexology
This is a branch of reflexology aimed at conditions experienced during pre-conception, pregnancy and post-natally and reflexology can be used through these stages.
